Our Conveyancers are highly trained and set outstanding customer service standards. You will be assigned your own personal Conveyancer who will assist you through the entire legal process. Your Conveyancer will keep you fully informed at each stage of your transaction and will decode any legal jargon so that you understand exactly what is happening.

Once the client is onboarded, we send them a portal login for completing our online Welcome Pack, ID verification, and Property Information Forms. We request them to finish it within 5 working days.
After obtaining the completed information from the client, we’ll prepare the contract documentation for the purchaser’s Conveyancer. This includes all details related to the property to ensure a smooth conveyancing process.
The Conveyancer representing the purchaser will review the contract documentation and raise enquiries to gather more information about the property. These legal questions ensure a thorough understanding of the property and help to avoid potential issues.
The seller and their Conveyancer are responsible for answering the raised enquiries until the purchaser’s Conveyancer is satisfied that all issues have been resolved. This ensures transparency and helps to address any potential concerns.
After the purchaser’s Conveyancer is satisfied, the parties can agree on a completion date and exchange contracts. The client is then legally obligated to sell the property on the agreed completion date, as per the terms of the contract.
On the day of completion, the purchaser’s Conveyancer will transfer the funds to us. After receipt, we’ll contact the Estate Agent to confirm the key’s release. This ensures a smooth transfer of ownership.
Once the funds have been received and the key has been released, we’ll proceed to transfer the funds to the client who is purchasing the property. This marks the successful completion of the conveyancing process.
