New Build Conveyancing Process

New build conveyancing is faster than the conveyancing process for buying or selling a property. Your remortgage conveyancer will usually be able to complete the remortgaging process within a few weeks.

Initial Instruction & Redemption

You send the details of your mortgage lender to your conveyancer who will obtain your title deeds and a ‘redemption figure’ for you as soon as possible.

Offer of
Mortgage Received

Your Conveyancer will receive a copy of your offer of mortgage at the same time as you. They will request a redemption statement from your existing mortgage.

Requisition of
Funds

Funds will be requested on the day that your Conveyancer receives your offer of mortgage. Your Conveyancer will write to you and request that you sign all relevant documentation.

Statement of
Account

Your remortgage conveyancer will provide your Statement of Account delineating the balance which is due to you or from you on completion.

Completion of
Remortgage

Funds from your new mortgage lender are received, your existing remortgage will be repayed. Complete!
